1. Who processes the data

2. What data and why

Through the forms on the site we receive your name, phone, company name, type of business and the text of your request. We need this data to contact you, prepare a proposal and provide the service. Basis: your consent given by the checkbox next to the form, and preparation of a contract.

Technical information: IP address, browser type, pages and time of visit. Collected automatically for the site to work, to protect against abuse and for visitor statistics.

3. Who we share it with

Requests are stored in our Odoo CRM. The site is hosted on Vercel infrastructure, visitor statistics are kept by Yandex Metrica. These services process data on our instructions; some servers are located outside Uzbekistan. We do not sell or pass data to anyone else except where required by law.

4. How long we keep it

We keep request data while communication continues and the contract is in force, and then no longer than three years for records of requests. Technical statistics are kept in anonymised form.

5. Your rights

You can find out what data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it and withdraw consent. Write to support@ferrosoft.uz; we answer within ten working days.

6. Cookies

The site uses cookies to remember the chosen language and for Yandex Metrica statistics. Cookies can be disabled in browser settings; the site keeps working.

7. Legal basis and changes

We follow the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan On Personal Data (ZRU-547). The current version of the policy is published on this page with the date of update.
